What type of contract is used for business travellers?
We use tourist contracts for short stays (up to 30 days) or transitional contracts for longer stays, depending on the duration and needs of the company or professional.
Can accommodation be invoiced to the company?
Yes, we provide dedicated invoicing for companies, public bodies and VAT-registered professionals. We also manage specific purchase orders and administrative procedures.
How much does accommodation for business travellers cost?
The cost varies according to location, period, duration and type of accommodation. For medium-long stays (2-4 months) we offer dedicated rates. Request a personalised quote.
Can you rent for less than a month?
Yes, the minimum stay is 1 week with a tourist contract. For stays of 1 to 4 months or more, we assess the most suitable contractual solution.
Is the accommodation close to the industrial areas of Porto Torres?
Yes, our operational base is in Porto Torres and we manage several flats within minutes of the industrial area, the commercial port and the petrochemical hub.
Is it possible to accommodate groups of 6-8 workers?
Yes, we manage flats of different sizes and can organise solutions for large groups, even with several units close together.
Is the accommodation also available in winter?
Yes, we operate all year round. Porto Torres, Alghero and more urbanised locations offer more availability in the cold months.
What documents are needed for the transitional contract?
Identity document, tax code and, for companies, invoicing data (VAT number, company name, PEC). For non-EU citizens, a residence permit is also required. We handle all the bureaucracy.
Is Wi-Fi included in the accommodation?
Wi-Fi is available on request in most accommodations. Please let us know if connection is essential for work.
