What type of contract is used for business travellers?
We use tourist contracts for short stays (up to 30 days) or transitional contracts for longer stays, depending on the duration and the needs of the company or professional.
Is it possible to invoice the accommodation to the company?
Yes, we provide dedicated invoicing for companies, public bodies and professionals with a VAT number. We also handle purchase orders and specific administrative procedures.
How much does accommodation for business travellers cost?
The cost varies depending on the location, period, duration and type of accommodation. For medium-to-long stays (2–4 months) we offer dedicated rates. Request a personalised quote.
Can you rent for less than a month?
Yes, the minimum stay is 1 week with a tourist contract. For stays from 1 to 4 months or more, we assess the most suitable contractual solution.
Are the accommodations close to the industrial areas of Porto Torres?
Yes, our operational base is in Porto Torres and we manage numerous apartments a few minutes from the industrial zone, the commercial port and the petrochemical hub.
Is it possible to accommodate groups of 6–8 workers?
Yes, we manage apartments of various sizes and can arrange solutions for large groups, including multiple adjacent housing units.
Are the accommodations available in winter too?
Yes, we operate all year round. Porto Torres, Alghero and the more urbanised locations offer greater availability in the colder months.
What documents are needed for the transitional contract?
Identity document, tax code and, for companies, billing details (VAT number, company name, certified email). For non-EU citizens, a residence permit is also required. We handle all the paperwork.
Is Wi-Fi included in the accommodations?
Wi-Fi is available on request in most accommodations. Let us know if connectivity is essential for work.
