È un’premium alternative to the Costa Smeralda — the same pink granite, the same crystal-clear sea, but without the prices of the Porto Cervo villas. Località a sviluppo controllato: niente alberghi giganti, niente discoteche, niente folle. Riservata a chi cerca natura preservata, snorkeling cristallino, lettura sotto l’ombrellone e cene tranquille.

We at AffittaSardegna have selected 4 small villas in Costa Paradiso. Not a large portfolio: four chosen pieces, all set in greenery, all with sea views or direct access to the coves. This is our boutique selection: less volume, more curation.

At Costa Paradiso, time is measured in coves explored. One a day, reached after a ten-minute walk through the Mediterranean scrub. It's a place that slows you down — and after three days you walk differently.

🏖️ The Secret Coves

These aren't ordinary beaches. They are coves set among pink granite cliffs, reached on foot along scenic trails through the Mediterranean scrub. Each one has its own character.

🌊 Cala Li Cossi

The main beach: white sand and pink pebbles, a gently sloping seabed. Reachable by car. The most family-friendly in the resort.

🐠 Cala Tinnari

A wild cove reached only on foot (15 minutes from the road). Spectacular snorkelling, a seabed of seagrass and granite. Often deserted.

🪨 Spiaggia di Li Tinnari

Access via steps carved into the rock, a 10-minute walk. Incredibly clear water, perfect for independent snorkelling.

⛱️ Cala Sarraina

4 km east, larger, seasonally equipped with beach clubs and bars. A good choice for those after services and comfort.

🌴 Naracu Nieddu

Sand mixed with granite, ideal for those seeking solitude. Natural shade from pines and junipers. Reached on foot along a trail.

🏄 Cala Faa

3 km west. Wild, exposed to the mistral (often strong, great for surfing). For those seeking raw nature and rough seas.

🪨 The Natural Granite Sculptures

What makes Costa Paradiso unique is the pink granite modellato da migliaia di anni di erosione eolica e marina.

  • Sentiero Blu Costa Paradiso — 6 km of scenic seafront walk connecting all the coves, walkable on foot among granite and Mediterranean scrub
  • L’Eolo — the highest viewpoint on the coast, a 360° view over the sea and the islands of La Maddalena. Memorable sunsets
  • The granite sculptures — animal shapes (bear, turtle, mushroom) shaped by millennia of erosion, all signposted along the path
  • Intact Mediterranean scrub — Costa Paradiso is a protected area, with preserved native vegetation (myrtle, lentisk, juniper)

⭐ Unmissable Experiences

🤿 Snorkelling in the Coves

⛵ Excursion to the Maddalena Islands

From Palau (35 km to the east) you set off by boat for the Parco Nazionale della Maddalena — Spiaggia Rosa, Cala Coticcio, Budelli. One of the top experiences in Sardinia. We organise it for you via WhatsApp with verified partners.

🌅 Tramonto da L’Eolo

A sunset picnic at the highest viewpoint on the coast. Views over the bay, the Maddalena islands and the Capo Testa lighthouse. Zero cost, maximum emotional payoff.

🍇 Vermentino DOCG Wineries

Tempio Pausania, Berchidda, Monti — tutte raggiungibili in 30-45 minuti. Degustazioni a 5-10€, prodotti che restano nella memoria.

🛶 Water Sports

Kayaking, SUP, dinghy sailing. Costa Paradiso has a steady wind (the mistral) that makes it perfect for sailing sports. Schools at Cala Sarraina.

🚗 Car Hire

Confrontiamo per i nostri ospiti tramite Discover Cars — average saving of 35%.

Is Costa Paradiso an alternative to the Costa Smeralda?
Yes, it's the more natural, less glamorous version. The same pink granite, the same crystal-clear sea, but no luxury hotels, no VIPs, no nightclubs. Prices 40-60% lower than Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo. Ideal for those seeking unspoilt nature.

Are the coves of Costa Paradiso accessible to everyone?
The main ones (Cala Li Cossi, Cala Sarraina) are reachable by car and on foot. The wilder ones require a 10-20 minute walk through the Mediterranean scrub. For those with limited mobility, we recommend the houses with access near Cala Li Cossi.

Most of them are. Message us on WhatsApp with the size and number of your pets to find out straight away which villas are available.

Gallura seafood cuisine: sea urchins in season, spaghetti with bottarga, Catalan-style lobster, Gallura soup. Wine: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
