We accept bank transfer. Payment terms depend on the rate you choose: with the non-refundable rate you pay in full when you book; with the other rates you pay a deposit and the balance about 30 days before arrival. You always see the exact terms before you confirm. We'll email you our bank details after you book.
Some holiday homes in northern Sardinia offer flexible cancellation. Terms vary depending on the home and dates: our team will help you find the best option before you book.
Yes, a security deposit of €300 to €500, depending on the home. Before check-in we send you a link to pre-authorise it on your credit card: the amount is held, not charged, and released within 7 days of check-out, once the home has been checked.
Yes, unless the listing says otherwise. Either way, we always confirm what's included before you book.
The tourist tax (where the town applies one) is paid according to local rules and can vary by place and season. We'll always tell you the exact amount before you arrive.
Check-in is from 5pm to 9pm, but we always agree the time with you; check-out is by 10am. If you arrive late, we'll wait for you: in some areas there's a small supplement.

Yes, at no cost, as long as there's availability for the new dates and the period is equivalent (same season and length of stay). If the price changes, you pay – or we refund – only the difference. In the last 7 days before arrival it's harder, but call us anyway: we always look for a solution. We do this because life changes, and we'd rather have a happy guest who comes back than keep a penalty.
